$275 half utilities, half internet =$340 (monroe/adems 5th) Hi my names Nova, I am 23
years old I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible, my current roommates
last day is July 19th Rent is $550 for the whole apartment, so your half is $275 then we
split the utilities, which in the dead of winter it gets to be about $100 but in Summer
it's like $40-$50. Then the internet is $23 a month, and so you pay $11.50 both of the
bed rooms are the same size, the living room and bathroom are between our rooms so noise
isn't an issue normally. We also have a back patio which is covered mostly, and has nice
seating out there. there is also bamboo in the corner, so its pretty nice out back. The
landlord will have you do a background check, rental history which costs like $30 or
something, if you have lived outside the state then its an additional $50. Also, there
is a $300 deposit. So if you moved in this month, its prorated, so its like $9 a day. no
pets on site laundry the red apple market is right across the street 711 is 2 blocks
away so if your interested please get ahold of me, and we can set up a time for you to
come look at the apartment. call or text me, 541-606-5199

$400 Need Peaceful space to live (Portland) Hello, I am a single 26 year old female
who is looking for a peaceful home to live month to month. I can afford to pay up to
$400 a month on rent. I am about 80 percent Raw Vegan, I like to meditate and do yoga I
am a pretty positive person. I do not smoke weed, or cigs, I don't drink much. I love
love nature and don't mind living near it. I am building my business right now and have
had some success. My website is www.olistichealingspecialist.com I am a honest person
so I must tell you that, I am a single mother who's sons father ran off with my child.
So I need cheap rent to save up money to find them and go to court. I am a very drama
free person. I travel lots so sometimes I can be gone for months. This is why I would
like month to month. I would like someone who is not in need but someone who wants to
help. I will be able to move in Dec 2nd or 3rd. Please contact for more information.
Please only open minded people. I do my best not to judge, only want to live with like
minded people.

Hello my name is Kyle Kaysner and I am a 23 year old guy who has lived in Tualatin most
of my life. At the current moment i have been staying with family friends in Tualatin. I
also am losing this residence in December. I have little money for rent/deposit. I am
looking to spend between 200 and 400 dollars for a room to rent. I work part time
downtown at Jeld-Wen field so something near there would be the most appropriate,
athough i am looking mainly in the Tualatin/Tigard area, along 99W/Barbur, downtown/the
Pearl, or anywhere between SE Hawthorne SE Burnside west of 125th ave. I help around the
house, do my chores and "family-style" cleaning without being told, can pick up any
extra tasks as needed, and am a very friendly and personable roomate. I can also be the
roommate who simply pays his rent on time and is scarcely a bother to the home as I
understand both wants in a roommate so please let me know what you prefer. If there is
anyone who has any resources for me or can help me find someone who is looking for an
excellent and wonderful addition to their home please email me with a little information
about the location, price, any move-in costs, and something about you, the resident, as
it would be much appreciated. I look forward to your replies. Thank you for your time.
-Kyle

30yr vegan woman an okay human I am pretty alright, and I want to live in a place,
ideally in SE, for less than $600 a month. I have a steady job and am reasonably
well-spoken and articulate, try to be decent to people and communicate my needs
effectively, don't leave dishes in the sink, and am house-trained. I like gardens and
hot tubs and dogs but don't need these things in my life. If you have a wee house in
your backyard, or a room for rent, or need someone trustworthy to sublet, I am a
qualified applicant. If you, like many craigslist people seeking housemates, feel
compelled to dictate when I can come home, how late I can sleep or whether or not I can
bring people over, we probs won't get along; though I honestly am pretty quiet and don't
bring home the cavalry these days, and just think it's a bit weird that my housemates
would dictate my personal goings-on. I have a pretty remarkable ability to sleep through
things, so if you have a room facing the street or next to a doggy daycare or some
ridiculous noise-making thing, sign me up for that room. You can skip contacting me if
you want anything but money in exchange for housing (thankyou craigslist, no) or your
house has fleas in any number, as I am allergic. If you want to hear about how totally
awesome I am, or how merely capable of paying rent on time and not being a creep, please
email. I'm hoping to find a place by January 1st. Thanks

Small, clean, two bedroom mobile about 6 miles west of Ellensburg on Highway 10. Quiet,
country living. Small outbuilding/shed, small garage, and covered porches. Small yard.
No smoking/drugs. Pets on approval ONLY. Available before December 1. $650 a month.
First and damage deposit of $500.00 up front. (Damage deposit can be made in payments if
needed.) One year lease, renewed at owners discretion. 509-964-2019

Preservation Case Studies for Archives

From: PrestoCentre Team <office@PRESTOCENTRE.ORG>

Date: Fri, 10 Jan 2014 15:08:51 +0100

We thought you might like to know that PrestoCentre has published new training material for archives called: "Preservation Case Studies for Archives". The Case Studies have been written by Jim Lindner and Mick Newnham.

Preservation Case Studies for Archives is a new, innovative educational experience. It places the archival student in the role of the decision maker, where one has to balance both resources and constraints. Through a dynamic process of idea exchange, students first learn about the situation, then identify and analyse the problems to determine the causes, and finally develop alternative strategies for a solution.
