About the Talk

What is quantum art, and how can I do it? Artists show their work, and explain this new and strange world.

• Astrid Park, artist, Quantum Application Engineer with Moth Quantum
• Harry Kumar, musician, curator, co-founder and Chief Creative Officer, Moth Quantum
• Sarah Selby, artist, Lumen Prize winner, currently researching at UAL Creative Computing Institute
• Ola Bamgboye, artist and scientist, CEO at UQuantum Ltd, formerly working in the Cabinet Office

Artists will explain and demonstrate how they use quantum concepts, quantum simulation packages, and real quantum computers to explore new worlds of imagination and intellect.

To quote ‘The Economist’, Quantum technology is “shedding [its] reputation for being for ever just around the corner… For investors and some customers, the future is here.”

Come along and decide if this is the future for your art practice as well.
